ONLINE | LinkedIn Marketing for Students and Early Career Lawyers – WLAQ Event

This online event is aimed at students and early career lawyers who would like to take update (or maybe even begin!) their online presence, by learning about using social media for marketing purposes – and in line with professional and ethical obligations.
During this session, Cassandra Heilbronn, 2016/17 and 2017/18 WLAQ President, will take all participants through the workings of LinkedIn, the difference between skills, endorsements and recommendations and how to build your online network. She will also discuss the benefits and pitfalls of social media use as a legal professional and how to position yourself as the go-to person for your area of law.
The event will be offered online for free.
