If you apply for a place on a graduate scheme with a big graduate employer, chances are you’ll be asked to undertake a psychometric test.

Having to do a psychometric assessment may be a daunting prospect, especially if you’ve never done one before. However with some preparation and practice you can enter the test with confidence and improve your chances of success.
