You may already have discovered that a law degree is only the first step to becoming a lawyer.
Join us and Jacqui Owen from The College of Law for an information session to give you the lowdown on Practical Legal Training at The College of Law.
Come find out more about College of Law’s Practical Legal Training course, including:
– When you can start- What it involves- Length of the course- Attendance modes- Work experience requirements
– Upcoming Queensland dates including a blended option to be taught in Toowoomba
We will also have some handy hints on how to accelerate your PLT for students in the earlier years of their law degree.
REMEMBER: You MUST complete a PLT course in order to be admitted as a lawyer in Queensland!
PLT is undertaken at the completion of your law degree and is a structured training program designed to develop your practical skills and proficiency in the actual day-to-day practice of law, which you will need when starting work as a graduate and then entry level lawyer.
