2021 Derek Fielding Memorial Lecture – Queensland Council for Civil Liberties Event

On Wednesday 18 August 2021 at 6:00PM the Queensland Council for Civil Liberties will be hosting their flagship lecture for the year, the Derek Fielding Memorial Lecture.
Their speaker this year is Elizabeth Shearer, President of the Queensland Law Society. Elizabeth’s presentation will be titled ‘Access to Civil Justice– a Necessary Pre-condition for the Realisation of Rights and Liberties?’
This event will be held at Law Society House. In person attendance will be limited this year due to COVID restrictions. More details are available on their website.
